Well I grew up in the P.A.W. churches and this is how services were every sunday and all the time, but we were taught that how your are outside the church shows your true colors. In sunday school we were warned about the false prophets, so I’m not suprised at the trash ideologies on televison. I like this site it really makes you second guess all the super preachers and swindlers of the poor folks. Kerney Thomas is the artificial like nutra sweet. He uses no biblical foundations and speaks in false toungues. Matthew explains more on these false prophets.

The man in the video above has no anointing, but he is a pretty flashy entertainer. There are Hollywood choreographers that wish they could get people to learn their dance routines so quickly.

The “touch not my anointed” line is a played out pimp defense mechanism, they teach you, so you won’t dare question their ruthless deeds.

(It’s getting to the point I must explain old covenant versus new covenant “anointing” in comments of every post.)

The Bible does say “Touch not my anointed” in both 1 Chronicles 16:22 and Psalm 105:15. The KJV and NKJV use those exact words in the verse, but the ESV mentions it a little differently and says:

Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm.”

Regardless of the translation, one must fully understand what is being talked about regarding God’s anointing. In those 2 scriptures, the “anointed” are the Jews/Israel and their prophets. Read the whole chapters for yourself, you’ll see. The words “touching” and “harm” were used to refer to anyone that would attempt to bring them physical harm, not simply say a word about them. It was about anyone trying to physically kill them. They didn’t “touch” people back then just to knock them around a little. That was under the old covenant.

Under the new covenant, all who love the Lord Jesus are anointed via the Holy Spirit. In fact, it is what helps us see through false teaching, see 1 John 2:18-23.

First I want to say I don’t see anything wrong with them praising God through song and dance. I don’t understand why he called the little boy up to the stage if the little boy was truely praising God. I see a lot of comments about preachers who preach break throughs, NOT EVERY MESSAGE IS FOR EVERYBODY AT THAT TIME! If God truely gave them that message SOMEBODY got a break through. Second you guys are saying he doesn’t preach truth but this is ONE message and it isn’t the whole thing. The Bible says touch not my annointed. You will have to answer for the things you say about Gods people. You are so worried about this man, how is your relationship with Christ? If He was to return today where would you spend eternity?

I know Bishop Charles Ellis and I also knew his father, Bishop David Ellis and I know the doctrine they preach. While it is true, Charles is not as doctrinally sound as his dad was, he does preach doctrine. As far as praising God, I love to praise God during the praise portion of the service, not during the sermon portion.

(MN: The issue isn’t “does he preach doctrine?” Jehovah’s Witnesses preach doctrine. The question is “Is his doctrine orthodox?” He denies the Trinity, an essential doctrine of historic Christianity. His doctrine is not orthodox. )

Think Anon……..where was David?? In the Tabernacle?? No.

Was David involved in a worship service?? No.

Was this a custom or ongoing practice of either David or anyone else mentioned in Scripture?? No.

Do the intricate details of Temple worship contain any such mandate?? No.

Can you find examples of this type of worship in the annals of church history outside of schismatics and heretics?? No.

Is this actually a verifiably pagan method of worship?? Yes.

I agree with you 100%. The church now is into emotionalism and hype, thats how the pimps can keep the followings they have because folk love hype and they love their flesh to be tickled. I really don’t blame the pimps, they would have no game if the saints weren’t so gullible. Read Rev. 13:16, and it will tell you why gullible folk will take the mark.

Thank you so much for taking the stand against mess. I will say this to you, I thought I was the messed up one because I couldnt listen to any of these Preachers. I would wonder why can’t I listen to these guys, now I know why. My spirit would get agitated everytime I would try to watch one of them on the tube. I believe that I am Holy Spirit filled and He is the spirit of truth, and when lies surface He will expose it to use, we have to learn to not second guess Him.

I praise God for you and your heart to see His people set free from the chains of the evil one.

Heard of any sermons on TBN regarding death/dying or the aging process?

Over-emphasizing the physical n’ everything else “needed” for staying “YOUTHFUL” is everywhere, but I’ve rarely seen preaching the Subject of DEATH–how the physical won’t remain constant, n’ we’ll eventually decay to the point where obstacles (i.e. sickness, injury, bad health, etc) to “physical” destiny will eventually claim u ….that all must prepare to face it eventually before God (Ecclesiastes 12)

Many cherry-pick on old covenant scripture to justify magnifying “physical” blessings, but I rarely hear of any of other OT principles contrary to emphazing living for the physical discussed (Ex. Book of Ecclesiastes).

Perhaps the reason behind it all is simply fear of death n’an attempt to be immortalized rather than face God’s mandate to eventually “Return to the Dust ( Genesis 3:19, Genesis 6:3)

I agree with the people who suggested that these so called pastors/bishops are pimps who distort the word of God. How about this my husband and I attend this church called Hope evangelical ministries located on livernois bishop frankie h. young (bishop/pastor) female? where did anyone read in the bible that a bishop must be the wife of one husband? or does it state that a bishop must be blameless etc.. and the husband of one wife. she’s a female and when the question was addressed to her about what paul stated to timothy about the offices of the church her statement was she didn’t want to hear about what paul stated, because paul isn’t God. and this one is going to blow all these so called men pimps out the door. How about you have to empty out your pockets every sunday or take out a 10,000 dollar or 50,000 dollar mortgage out on your house to pay for the house of God because she’s not paying the bills the church (people) are responsible with paying these bills. and if you don’t have money to put in church you have to take off your jewerly to put in the offering plate. We wasn’t in agreement with this church or her position as she states she’s a bishop/pastor/apostle. How? would anyone like to comment on this?

Its funny how we have so many people judging these people…You don’t know who is worshipping in spirit and in truth…MIND YOUR BUSINESS!!! Worship him the way you see fit….Stay concentrated on Christ…For anybody that says shouting is not of God then go to a church that does not shout…..Stop paying attention to your neighbor and concentrate on Christ!

(MN: Again, that brings up the question - Which Christ? The Oneness Christ? The Christ who will bless you if you bless the man or woman of God? The Christ who doesn’t care how you worship him? Or the Christ who wasn’t God while He was on earth? If the Bible is not preached and the “preacher” stands around screeching “The anointing coming!” while everyone waves their hands, jumps up and down, and sound like banshees, can you really say that God has been or is being worshipped? )
