does he give the children scholarships to college?do you thinks hispanics or asians or indians put bentleys over the education of the children of their churches?

does he feed the hungry (or do the volunteers of ministries such as the feed the hungry ministry have to come out of their pockets)?

does his church register blacks to vote - especially this election since it will be the first time a black or female became president.

wait until hispanics graduate from high school and college (this current generation) and register to vote and buy property. they will probably have a hispanic president in office before an african american.

He want to preach about cash only payments, sowing seeds in bentleys, fantasize over a new “whip”. Never-the-less, there were hundreds of “Amens” from people who desire the same stuff….

You know I wonder if one of these guys would stand up and actually deny Christ, I KNOW, one of these bobble-head Christians would stand up and yell “Amen”….. why?????

Because they are too busy supporting a pastor’s made up “vision” instead of reading and applying Scripture.

The are too lazy to study and bring a fresh word. They just want something for nothing.

Also, the sad thing is they don’t want to give the congregation credit or thanx. they want to lie and say god blessed them - no they just manipulate us into giving them money or better yet they just steal our money when they take “first fruits”, get money from cds/dvds/tapes, birthdays, church anniversaries, etc… let’s see how much god continues to bless them if we stop giving!

keep preaching prosperity if they want to and the only members they will end up with are the “i want the pie in the sky” lazy members who want something for nothing, who don’t want to prepare or study, who want promotions on the jobs but are not qualified, etc… why teach people to go after things they are not prepared for - they set us up for failure. this is not of god.

they will eventually lose all the stable members. especially when people find out that they preach the “go into business for yourself” messages so that people can give them more tithes (if they are in business for themselves they will most likely earn more money than working for someone else) or that they mismanage church money the same way that they mismanage money in their personal life. why should we trust them with our hard earned money? They can’t even manage their own finances and then they want to use god to manipulate us into giving to blow our money. I can blow my own money.

bishop neil from the bahamas was a no show - ill suddenly?

the fee was $39.99 b4 a certain date; $49.99 after the deadline.

here is the kicker: the first night of service, the bishop asked the congregation to “sow” a seed and help meet the $100k budget. he asked “sowers” to sow $1000 then $500 then $300, etc…, come down to the microphone, state your name, state your church/location - after you paid your fee, paid your travel arrangements, paid your lodging arrangements! I thought switch and bait was illegal??? the budget was met. my question is where did he “sow” the surplus he may have raised? reinvested in his bank account so that he won’t have to beg next year, paying off the millions of dollars of church debt, to the poor/underprivileged/hungy/sick and shut in/abused/undereducated/homeless/the cold (considering the price of heating and oil) or in his pocket to buy more personal hi priced hi ticketed “stuff”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“God Chasers” comes from a book and marketing ploy by Tommy Tenney. I haven’t read the book, but I have heard/read enough about him that I’ve crossed him off my reading list. I have kind of lumped him in with Rick Warren and the purpose-driven madness.

All they have to do to be affiliated with his ministry and call him “mentor” is “financially” support his ministry and share common beliefs. I agree with Tiannah, I have no more patience for this kind of ignorance and I have permenantly checked out of the apostate system people are calling church.
