I thought things couldn’t get much worse. But it seems now, the minions of darkness are getting right out in the open with their heresies, daring you to do, or say, anything about it. The latest? T. Dexter Jakes has started advertising the Big Dogs who will be speaking at the conference in Hotlanta this August. And one of the top billed speakers is none other than that Oneness Weasel (drum roll here please) Noel Jones!!

Now here’s the difficulty:
If Jakes is not Oneness (that is, if he DOESN’T deny the Trinity, an essential doctrine of historic Christianity) then why is he having one of the primo Oneness Weasels speak at the affair?
If Dexter IS Oneness, why isn’t he brave enough, and honest enough to say so? But even if people would walk away, surely he isn’t doing this for the fame. He doesn’t hesitate to go on about the near requirement (according to him) to speak in tongues. He isn’t hesitant to claim that Spirit Baptism is a later and separate event in the Christian’s life. Why then, is he hesitant to state clearly his adherence to a Oneness doctrine? Surely he must know that none of the people who follow him give one whit to the importance of the doctrine and will gladly ignore his heresy.
After all, First Baptist Church of Glenarden, pastored by John Kenneth Jenkins, Sr. has had Dexter over to speak (I can’t in good conscience use the term preach) multiple times. They send people (pay for them to attend) to his various feminizing conferences for men (ManPowder and others), and promotes him when they can. And there are a lot of other church organizations who want to get large, promoting him and rubbing elbows with him all the time.
Again, you should be warned , T. Dexter Jakes doesn’t care about you, about your family, about your church organization or about God. He cares about the bottom line and is apparently doing everything he can to improve it. This includes not only promoting a Oneness preacher (Noel Jones), but partnering with the unsaved in putting on the event (MegaFest). Take a look at the site and you will see a host of companies sponsoring the event. These include Coca Cola, United Airlines and others. What next? Trojan Prophylactics (rubbers for you in the religious community)? Or perhaps, since this is such a high end event, they will be sponsored by Fourex.
He tried, in GospelToady magazine to tell us that since this is not a religious event, we shouldn’t limit ourselves to people of faith as entertainers. But when Abraham went to war, he refused to take anything from the heathen kings, lest they said that they help Abram to prosper (Genesis 14:21 - 24)

Have any of your pastors encouraged you to attend so you can have your life changed or receive a blessing from the Lord? If he does, ask him about some of the heathen (simply someone who has not accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, so don’t get your underwear in a self-righteous knot) doing the entertaining and if you should patronize these people at the civic center when they come to town. Take a look at Steve Harvey’s site and tell me this is a man “seeking the Lord.” I say it’s a man making himself rich at your expense. But then, that’s kind of like Jakes and the rest of the pimps, isn’t it?

Did you know one of the people whose Jakes invited to the Mega Fest, Gladys Knight is now a member of the Mormon Church? When I saw the A&E special about her, I could not believe that she adopt their teachings
As for the circus, it will be interesting–Among his other guests are Suze Orman, the guy who is “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”, and many other secular folk….
Truthfully speaking, a lot of these guys are but mere front men for corporate America. These corporations are out to only make untaxed profits under the dusguise of religion. It is amazing how poor people who are really looking for a “financial blessing” will follow anyone in a nice suit.
Jakes is the assistan bishop in the higher grounds always abiding oneness denomination.If this is what he believes then he needs to say it and quit dancing around it.
My point exactly. And given that the oneness blokes believe trinitarians are a bunch of heathen doomed to hell, I suspect they know he rejects the Trinity. Otherwise, I don’t believe they would have much of anything to do with him in a LEADERSHIP role. Or am I missing something?
As I read through your ariticle I pray that God blesses you with understanding. You have a lot of hate and malice and you allow the devil to use you in a ridiculous way. Your energy is geared towards the wrong person or rather thing. I hope you are not claiming the gospel of Christ because if you are and you continue to keep this site up you along with everyone else that do not attain the qualities that we should have as christians ie (godliness, temperance, LOVE etc.) my friend will lift up your eyes in hell. Of course, you’re not prepared to confront Jakes’ heresy or his pyramid scheme on the back of the saints…….nope you want to condemn us to hell.
The parts of the Bible you don’t read speak much of warning the sheep against deceivers……….that is an act of LOVE (just as it was an act of Love when Jesus called the pimps of HIS day “children of hell” “Hypocrites” “blind guides” “whited tombs”, etc).

You are obviously unfamiliar with the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God (since your comment lacked Scriptural knowledge or understanding). The gospel of Christ is defined by the Author Himself in Matthew 28:18-20— “And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL THE NATIONS, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, TEACHING THEM TO OBSERVE ALL THAT I COMMANDED YOU’;…”.
Matthew 10:34—”Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.”
Acts 20:29-30—(the Holy Spirit is speaking through Paul, the apostle) “I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock; (30) and FROM AMONG YOUR OWN SELVES men will arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after them.” The statement “to draw away the disciples after them” refers to the same “disciples of all the nations” that Jesus spoke of.
2 John 9-11—”Anyone who goes too far and does not abide IN THE TEACHING OF CHRIST, DOES OT HAVE GOD; the one who abides in the teaching, he has both the Father and the Son. (10) If anyone comes to you and DOES NOT BRING THIS TEACHING, DO NOT RECEIVE HIM into your house, and do not give him a greeting; (11) for the one who gives him a greeting PARTICIPATES IN HIS EVIL DEEDS.”
Jesus, the disciples, and the apostles used the following adjectives (and more) to describe the pulpit pimps, pimpettes, and pimps-in-training of today: Children of hell, hypocrites, blind guides, ravening wolves, whited sepulchers, vipers, abominable branches, evil beasts, reprobate, children of hell, children of the devil, children of Belial, cursed children, dogs, fools, evil men, vessels of wrath, thieves, transgressors….. If you don’t believe this, reference your concordance.
PERHAPS YOU SHOULD TELL JESUS THAT HE HAS A LOT OF HATE AND MALICE AND HE ALLOWS THE DEVIL TO USE HIM IN A RIDICULOUS WAY. Hence Pulpit-pimps.org is obeying the instructions of the Holy Spirit:

There are many more Scriptures that instruct and warn the Family of God on behavior toward the enemies of God. I exhort to you get to know the Jesus of the Bible and HIS gospel so you can cease to walk as the women described in 2 Timothy 3:6-7 — oppressed, captive, with a carnal appetite, covetous, silly, weak in intellect, etc. Time is too short to mindlessly parrot and blindly follow the words and ways of those described above by Jesus, the disciples, and the apostles.
