Well, at least John Jenkins makes it easy for me. I guess he figures either none of you are going to know enough to say anything, or you�re too interested in currying his favor to make waves, or you�ve bought into the silliness about him being God�s mouth piece and God�s anointed so you better not say anything. But whatever the case, come July 14th, 2005 the good pastor will be speaking at Faith World Church down in sunny Orlando Florida. Now you may say: So what? The good pastor speaks at other churches all the time. And you would be correct in saying that. But this time, it�s going to be a little different. This time, he�s going to be involved with a fellow who apparently has close ties to Benny Hinn, one of my favorite Word Faith phonies. (more…)

I haven’t given much coverage to the Fairy Godmother of Word Faith, so here’s some information from Hickeyville.

I put myself on their mailing list and it’s like having a pipeline into her organization. It lets me see just how incredibly stupid they think you are. As I look at what they say I really don’t think I would have the ‘nads to make some of the claims or do some of the things they do. But then I remember that a lot of you want to believe the silliness and heresies she and her pimpette-in-training daughter deal in. (more…)

I’ve been trying to figure out how to present some of the longer postings. While I still haven’t quite figured it out, I think I have a partial solution. The following is the complete text from one of the longer posts. Mr. Gatlin (I assume this is a ‘he’) sounds like a very nicely religious man. As promised in a previous post, I went down to Calvert County this morning and attended Calvert County Baptist Church in Prince Frederick. I was sure I was going to be able to come back and report to you that Daryl Godlock still butchers Scripture as badly as he did when he was at First Baptist Church of Glenarden five or so years ago. Ladies and gentlemen, I am really am amazed at your ability to group-think so consistently and with such coordination. It�s really fascinating that so many of you have been so expertly brainwashed and now say the same knee-jerk things to anyone who questions your pastor-pimps. These men and women who are supposed to be helping you to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ are doing an outstanding job of keeping many of you blind and enslaved to their brand of what they pass off as Christianity.
